Introducing Safebus Novo Safe Check 2.0, an innovative Australian-designed application of our safety module meticulously crafted to adhere to school bus safety regulations. This versatile unit offers two valuable functions: the Safe Check alarm, which guarantees no passengers are inadvertently left on the bus at the route’s end, and the Anti-rollaway park brake module. Our system has earned certification in multiple Australian states and can be tailored to meet our customers’ unique requirements. As of now, it has been successfully implemented in more than 150 buses throughout Australia.
Safebus NOVO Safe Check offers a comprehensive system to prompt bus drivers to conduct a thorough bus check. Positioned at the rear of the bus, a button serves as confirmation for the completion of the check:
- Upon ignition activation, a voice announcement signals the system’s activation.
- Upon ignition deactivation, a voice announcement serves as a reminder for the driver to conduct the bus check.
- The button’s LED turns red and flashes during the last 15 seconds leading up to relay activation.
- Pressing the button before the pre-set time causes the LED to turn green, accompanied by a voice announcement confirming the system’s deactivation.
Featuring automatic activation, system override capacity and customisable audio messages, time frames and tamper warning for the rear switch.
